The CU is now ready for intumescent (fire) sealing at the rear where all the cables come in. Then testing and labeling.

​My specialisation is Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs).  If you're a landlord, homeowner or needing a pre-house purchase EICR, then you'll be looking for an accurate and clear report written in plain English!  My reports will include colour photographs of any irregular findings to help you decide on the best course of action in the event of safety issues being found.  A thorough report takes around 4 hours: don't settle for sub-standard.
